Betsy Lehman Center Annual CARe Forum

The Betsy Lehman Center's Communication, Apology and Resolution (CARe) Forum will feature presentations, case simulations and panel discussions with hospitals with CARe programs. It will be held the offices of the Betsy Lehman Center, 5th floor of 501 Boylston Street in Boston, from 10am-12:30pm, with additional time for networking and lunch following the program.

There is also an option to join live online.

This free event is eligible for 2.5 Risk Management CME credits, and appropriate for those currently involved in Communication, Apology, and Resolution (CARe) programs, as well as anyone interested in learning about such programs.
