This presentation will highlight the film journey of a healthcare quality professional and documentarian uncovering the real voices of registered nurses of African descent, lived experiences, and perceived barriers affecting access to high-quality care in the local and global community.

- Discuss examples of ways that healthcare quality professionals can help advance health equity.

Ursula Fletcher, MHA. RN, CPHQ, CPPS
Ms. Fletcher is a registered nurse with CPHQ and CPPS credentials who advocates for safe, high-quality, and equitable healthcare for all. She has dedicated 20 years to the healthcare industry and earned multiple advanced degrees and industry certifications. She demonstrates an unwavering commitment to the profession and her desire to make the world better. In 2023, she launched film documentarian services with a focus on advancing health equity in the community.
