Aly Mitchell is a certified professional in healthcare quality (CPHQ) with 20+ years of healthcare industry experience including quality improvement, operations, and training. Aly is currently a Business Analyst with Community Care Cooperative (C3), a MassHealth Accountable Care Organization created by Federally Qualified Health Centers. Her most recent previous roles include Quality Transformation Consultant with UnitedHealth Group working with ACOs in New England to improve clinical quality measures & Medicare risk adjustment coding performance; and Health System Director, Ambulatory Quality with Covenant Health overseeing the strategy for clinical quality, population health, and value-based programs. Aly holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy from University of New Hampshire.
